The Main Entrance: A Gateway to Luxury
Upon arriving at the villa, you are greeted by a meticulously designed main entrance that exudes luxury from the first moment. The entrance is characterized by its impressive height and elegant design, creating a sense of grandeur. Once inside, you enter a spacious lobby that connects various parts of the villa. To the left, a corridor leads to the guest room, which includes a dressing area and a dedicated bathroom serving the living and dining areas.
The Living and Dining Areas: Open Views and Privacy
The living room boasts two stunning views: one overlooking the front garden and main entrance, and another facing the swimming pool embraced by the villa. This design enhances the sense of openness and connection with nature while maintaining privacy. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, connected to a display kitchen, both enjoying views of the pool and garden, making them ideal for hosting cozy family gatherings.
A Design Reflecting a Family Lifestyle
The primary goal of the villa’s design was to fulfill the owner’s vision, Abdul Aziz, who wanted a warm, family-oriented space. He noted that guests are typically family members, such as parents or siblings, so there was no need for a formal majlis (sitting room). Instead, outdoor spaces around the pool were designed as an outdoor dining table or family gathering area. Summer usability was also considered, with the northern facade designed to provide shade for the pool and outdoor seating, ensuring comfort even on hot days.
The Bedrooms: Comfort and Scenic Views
The villa comprises four bedrooms, including the master suite. Each room features carefully planned views of the garden and pool, enhancing the living experience. The first children’s room includes a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom, with a view of the garden. The second room mirrors this design for consistency. The master suite stands out, offering dual views of the garden and pool, along with a spacious dressing room and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a sink, shower, and bathtub.
The Annex and Services: Practical and Convenient
The annex includes several functional facilities, such as a storage room and a laundry room equipped with two washing machines and an ironing area. A staff room is also located within the villa, as per the owner’s request, to facilitate seamless service. The annex connects to the main kitchen, designed with a sink, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and grill, featuring a window with an outside view. The annex also links to the parking area via a corridor, simplifying the transfer of groceries or household items to the dining area.
Natural Lighting and Exterior Facades
The design team prioritized natural lighting through large windows and glass panels. The exterior facades were coordinated with the garden and pool, incorporating shaded outdoor seating areas and green spaces with trees and fountains.
